"In Bamboo" was inspired by a Chinese poem describing the ideal relationship between a house and its rural bamboo forest surroundings. The infinite shape of the roof naturally defines two interior yards, providing a rich interior experience between what is inside and what is outside, layers and transparency create an interaction between people and light.
