The only textures here are the fibrewood and a tileable cardboard sample. The corrugation is actually modeled and this has more than 3.000.000 polygons. I think that the original has panels cut in different direction, so i rotated every other panel by 90 degrees, i think that might be giving the stretching impression.
I wanted to bake this as a texture but for some reason it takes FOREVER with scanline (for bump and normal) and it's slightly faster with vray (for texture - lighting) but it's incredibly unstable. So far i was unable to finish it. But in order to make soemthing that could sell on turbosquid i think i should still give it a shot.

Nice looking images and designs.
Just the texture of the chair got some stretching at the front, and agree with Tempest1295 that there should be some sort of edge or something between the front/top material and the side material.

If it's the wiggle chair, it does seem to have a different panel on the end. The whole idea behind this was to bake this geometry into a map but it turned out to be way more complicated than i expected. That being said, even though i did apply different noise to each panel, it still seems pretty uniform. I'll probably end up remodeling this with slightly thinner panels.

Not sure which piece you are talking about?

Very nice idea, but shouldn't there be a border at the edges if the sides are like that?
