I used a Hp 8400 workstation (8Core, 2.6 ghz, 12 gig of Ram) and used render nodes for the final output (Same spec's.)
The whole process from start to completed work was approx 2 very long working days. Most of the time was made up making sure the model was correct (as it's being built) and finessing the overall feel using AfterEffects.
This was one of my favoutite jobs as the work flow was quite smooth for a change

Thanks for your comment Joseph. In regards to the chairs, the convention centre uses this style of chair, so to recreate the same chair was very important to the client. it's a typical chair but with a stretchy silk covering. the cover will stretch once you sit on it.

Very nice perspecive, great mood, great details. Only one simple comment: the design of the chairs, they don't seem comfortable at all for dining chairs, angle too big.
