Its not a residential architecture. some floating wooden piece under the roof!! Water does not have proper flow of wave. Its looking like jelly. It seems that grass are floating over water. :D

Landscaping needs a great deal of work. Background trees are barren while the foreground leaves are humongous and greatly overpowering your composition. The model itself is very difficult to understand. Your genre is residential, but I don't understand the architecture at all. Also hope that water doesn't rise a foot, you'd be swimming to your car.

What a difference it makes! The roof does not look so imposing in day light. It all seems much more harmonious this way and fits in very nicely. :)
