The main planning decisions were made taking into account the configuration of the allotted territory and the terrain. The project provides for the construction of a residential complex with a shopping area and underground parking.
Sites for various functional purposes have been designed on the territory: for children's games, for adults' recreation, sports.
The object being designed is a residential complex consisting of two residential 28-storey above-ground sections.
