The following 3D renders are of the interior of a micro apartment in Wroclaw.
Taking into account the rate at which the city of Wroclaw is growing, there is a rising demand for small apartments in the old parts of the city, close to the center. This leads to the expanding amount of multi-flat buildings being constructed. These buildings consist of small flats to accommodate a large amount of people on a small area in the city. However, functionality and design can’t be sacrificed for living space. These apartments, while small, make great use of their space.
The flat is designed with a great deal of neatly incorporated storage space. Furthermore, it is provided with a balcony, offering the resident a great view of the green area below. The use of white, paired with turquoise accents delivers an elegant, contemporary finish to the flat. In order to avoid monotony, some pieces of furniture have natural colored, wooden elements.
