I'm currently working on Nuuk Transportation Hub - the project that would intertwine cargo and passenger routes both in air and sea. That's all due to the rise of the attraction of Northwest Passage as the alternative for Panama Canal (but certainly not only) and growth of internal needs of Greenland (rare earth elements occurrence, etc.). This first rendering shows the internal courtyard of the passenger terminal which would be left nearly entirely undeveloped, forming some kind of geothermal tundra garden
