Great image! However there is a reason we architects are forced to detail wall to floor intersections with a baseboard or deep reveal...getting the wall and floor boards to meet as you have shown never happens nicely. Maybe you do have reveal (1/8"?) I would open that up just a bit to half and inch, and allow the flooring to slip under and "Disappear".

Hey - yeah the texture lines of the wood are sooo distracting, especially being right up in the foreground.
I think the shadows under the table would be a little bit darker. One thing that stands out is that the base boards are missing. You don't want your vacuum and mop tearing up your nice drywall.
I think just adding some everyday knick knacks here and there would liven up and soften the space.

Nice lighting dude. But I feel like the scale of the wood texture is a bit blown out of scale.

Juraj, I agree with you on the lighting point, the hdri I used is a overcast sky. Don't know if a rotation of the dome would make a difference though. Concerning the walls, there actually is a chamfer on the edges, made with the 'chamfer' action in the modifier section. I tried not to over-do that. but thx a lot for your c&c's!

The walls could use some chamfers, I can only suggest quad-chamfer plugin, very easy and flexible chamgering, I over-apply to everything.
This shot would strongly benefit from front-lighthing behind the black sofa, it would give the lightning some general direction and slightly dramatic mood. It could also provide nice glows from the window behind sofa.
