The overal material setup (in V-Ray of course) is what I mentioned in the previous post. But as you know the textures themselves are really important; in terms of resolution and simply the appearance. As you have also experimented during your projects, the displacement/bump/reflect maps need to be modified over and over through test renders to eventually coincide with the needs of the artist. ;)

Thanks for compliment Zack
I used a textured falloff map for the fabric impression,
A black&white version of the diffuse texture for the Reflect slot,
Blured the reflections,
Used the reflect texture in the bump slot and mixed it with a cellular procedural map,
Again used the reflect texture in Displacement slot.
And that's it ;)
