i can give you some tips but next thing will be up to you :) tips: - lightning (learn from images of architecture is better than from visualizations) - materials (diffuse+reflection(almost every surface in the world has some lever of reflectivity)+bump - do not use low res textures - details (do not make empty areas and make more details for closer things - for interior or also some closer objects in exterior you can rounding edges) - for example for image also curtains will be helpfull, becouse windows looks empty i think - composition (play with camera lot) - cheat in PS with color corrections, mixing with photos, but try do not fall to big kitsch (sometime it is hard, and depend also on your clients) with lambo cars, hot chicks, to much shiny atmosphere and effects for small buildings - show your images to other peaople with good eye,esthetic feel and ask them what they think about your image - practice,practice,practice - do not sit front of computer too long
