The Role:
We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented 3D Artist to join our creative team. If you have a strong foundation in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering, and an eye for aesthetics, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your talents. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, architects, and other creatives to produce top-tier 3D visualizations that capture the essence of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models, textures, and renders for a variety of large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure the design vision is accurately brought to life.
- Apply lighting, materials, and textures to achieve realistic or stylized visual effects.
- Optimize 3D assets for performance, ensuring they work seamlessly across platforms and software.
- Meet project timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay current with trends and advancements in 3D art and visualization.
- Revise and enhance artwork based on client and internal feedback.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a 3D Artist, ideally within the field of architecture visualization
- Proficiency in 3D Autodesk 3ds Max
- Expertise in rendering engines such as V-Ray and Corona (Unreal Engine experience is a plus).
- Strong texturing skills using Substance Painter or Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory.
- Ability to create both realistic and stylized 3D assets.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Creativity and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
