Project Planning and Management:
  • Comply with the company's general regulations unless there are specific rules for each project; strictly adhere to the company's working processes.
  • Plan and manage projects from receiving client information, communicating with clients during execution, to reporting the work upon completion.
  • Review all project-related details to ensure sufficient information is available for execution.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Art Director to establish artistic direction, provide overall project guidance, and ensure the project's progress meets the Creative Director's requirements.
  • Participate in project execution when assigned.
  • Coordinate, delegate tasks, and guide visualizers within the team to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Manage daily tasks for projects during the construction phases; collaborate and make recommendations related to work status.
  • Work closely with the Client Care Manager to ensure projects are executed correctly and satisfy clients through quality results.
Internal Training Support:
  • Be responsible for the development and training of individuals and visualizers within the project team to ensure project quality and timelines.
  • Continuously monitor and check compliance with company processes and standards, as well as evaluate the skills and conduct of visualizers in the team at the end of each month.
  • Motivate and encourage team members, resolve arising issues, and make appropriate decisions.
Other Tasks:
  • Report results to superiors periodically and as needed.
  • Assist in recruiting visualizers based on project requirements.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the company’s Director.

Qualifications

Graduate in Architecture or related fields.
3-4 years or more experience in Visualization.
Top criteria: strong aesthetics with a keen sense of lighting and composition.
Proficient in 3Dsmax, Vray/Corona, Photoshop, etc.
Dedicated, careful, and responsible in work.
Strong organizational and project management skills for efficient and professional project execution.
Experience in fine arts and landscape/architectural photography is an advantage.
English proficiency is a plus.
