Position Summary:
As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of architectural visualization projects. Your key responsibilities include project planning, team coordination, client management, quality assurance, and risk mitigation. By leveraging your project management skills and technical expertise, you will ensure that the final visualizations exceed client expectations and meet industry standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including 3D modelers and animators, to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and understood.
  • Coordinates and facilitates meetings, manages dependencies for the team, provides visibility into team delivery plans and progress, and enables continuous improvement within the team.
  • Meets with our customers and develops presentations for review.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Gather client requirements and expectations to ensure the final visualization meets or exceeds their vision.
  • Oversee the quality of architectural renderings, ensuring they align with client expectations and industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of deliverables to guarantee accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the production team to address any challenges and optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address issues to prevent delays and ensure project success.
  • Lead and motivate a crossfunctional team of 3D artists, animators, and other project staff.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the architectural visualization or 3D rendering industry.
  • Strong understanding of architectural renderings, 3D modeling, and visualization processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.

This position works closely with Sr. Project Manager, Production Staff, and Chief Operating Officer to ensure alignment and execution of projects.
Compensation:
  • Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience)
  • Bi-weekly pay schedule
  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week
  • 25 paid days off (available after a 3-month probationary period)
