Who we are looking for:
As our Art Director / Lead Architectural Visualiser, you'll be the creative heart of our team.
You'll be responsible for leading a team of CG artists (currently 5 people, fully remote), ensuring our standards of quality on every project. We are looking for someone able to lead and manage the team, while creating visualizations him/herself.

Qualifications

What we expect from you:
  • Excellent communication and client presentation skills in English
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in 3DS Max, Corona and Photoshop is essential with strong attention to detail. Ability to create highly realistic CGI art
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment involving tight deadlines
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to create highly evocative concepts and digital sketches for architectural projects
  • Ability to manage and mentor the team. You’ll be the leader within our team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development
