This full-time position will require applicants to produce still renderings for our model library organization which includes: 3d modeling, texturing, lighting, and other 3d aspects. Use of our model library organization software, Connector: to tag, log, file, repoint maps, etc. Applicants will occasionally be working on projects under the supervision of senior architectural visualizers, as part of our production team, assisting in collecting 3d assets, texturing, Photoshop, etc.

We work with some of the country's largest architecture and design firms and real estate developers as well as on local projects in the Boston, Chicago, New York City, and Washington D.C. areas.
Qualifications
· Knowledge of 3D modeling software (3DS Max is preferred), V-Ray, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Chosen individual will get studio training on tools mentioned.
· Demonstrate fundamental skills in 3D modeling, composition, texturing, lighting, and postproduction.
· Be able to read and adapt CAD files (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Sketchup files).
· Well-versed in Microsoft 360 suite, (Word, Excel, Acrobat, etc.)
· Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time well while working in a fast-paced environment.
· Be a self-motivated problem solver, who is quickly able to learn new technology/standards.
· Follow design direction from their supervisors (Creative Director/Senior Artists) suggestions, ideas and creativity are expected.
· Needs to follow Tangram 3DS company terms, rules and regulations/handbook.
