Like architecture, Food is also one’s own expression. My journey as an architecture student has changed the way I look at the world and food as well. With the exposure I have gained by far, now I see food as an “Art” fused with taste, texture, flavour, colour, composition, senses and emotion which are similar to the elements of architecture. Articulating my contemporary thought process into Food design with the architectural knowledge through relentless exploration and experimentation and also to bring synergy between “Food and Architecture” is what I would pursue in life.
