About Gonzalo Prades

Architectural 3D Visualiser Architecture had become my speciality after finishing my BA in product design in EASDV in Spain and Kent Institute of Art and Design in U.K. Intrigued by the potential of 3D modelling and Computer Aided Design, I experimented with new ideas in architectural visualisation, bringing my extensive knowledge of product design into the architectural field and developing my career as an Architectural visualiser and designer. I have been working in international architectural firms in the UK, Spain and Greece for more than twelve years. During this time I successfully dealt with all the construction stages and coordination of a 3D visualisation team in order to maximise productivity, efficiency and produce all the graphic material needed to efficiently communicate the projects, ranging from retail, mixed use and residential ones. Some of my work as a product designer had been exhibited in The Tokyo Designers Week, Saint Ettienne Bienale and Habitat Valencia. At present time I am based in Athens, working as an architectural visualiser at Helix Imageworks after more than 12 years in major architectural companies in London including Wilkinson Eyre and SOM.
