Some time ago I had a pleasure to literally reach a new horizons while working on visuals for Nasa’s Lunar Crater Radio Telescope (LCRT) on the far side of the Moon.
LCRT is a 1 km(!!!) diameter wired radio telescope which should help with exploration of the Dark Ages areas.

Architectural visualisation practice carried out as part of the Autodesk and Chaos Group’s official Master’s Degree in Architectural Visualisation in butic the new school.

We had to do complex modelling practice. In my case, I decided to make a filigree ring to challenge myself and see how far I could go. It's all done in 3Ds Max in low poly and then with turbosmooth.
In this practice we didn't have to do any retopology, hence the high level of polygons.

Project

The Norwegian fjords offer a unique beauty hosting different situations both in their horizontal and vertical deployment, water, air and relief combine to deliver the most fantastic scenarios. The proposal addresses this scenic multiplicity as well as the various natural phenomena and is inserted as a system of posts in the development of that sea that goes kilometers inland. The PIN as part of a viewpoint system is capable of being located at each characteristic point on the development of the fjord. A singularity in the plural within a unique landscape with a multiplicity of perceptions.
