Then I entered Navid Ahmadi's 3D model into @blender.official software and created and rendered the environment. The purpose of modeling from 3dsmax software and then importing it into Blender software and creating the environment and rendering was to show you how attractive this sub-software can be.

The main idea can be best described as follows:
As I stood on the rooftop of my lofty abode, the city unveiled itself before me like a tapestry woven from the threads of the night. The urban expanse sprawled beneath, a labyrinth of dreams and whispers, with countless windows serving as portals to the private realms of its inhabitants. The evening's embrace cast a velvety cloak upon the streets, leaving only the silhouettes of structures etched against the canvas of darkness. The city was a symphony of contrasts — the soft glow of windows here and there illuminated the quiet secrets held within, while the majestic skyscraper, a sentinel of ambition, blazed defiantly against the obsidian backdrop.

A government building that stands out. A majestic embodiment of the community that blends its present and its future.

The 3D animation of the Camsur Capitol in Camarines Sur, Philippines shows a building perfectly written into the surrounding landscape and context.

Aligned with the active volcano, it is a symbol and a statement for the world of what the Philippines are and can be.
