MD of Cityscape Digital, one of the biggest and longest established digital agencies in real estate. I trained as an artist and sculptor back in the 90s, and then had a pretty eventful 7 years as a professional artist. But by the time I had my 3rd child in 2007 I decided it was time to find an industry where creativity and artistic talent was valued more! I fell into Cityscape more by chance than judgment, but quickly discovered a company that celebrates enterprise, values insight, and nurtures leadership. In the credit crisis of 2009 I became the artistic lead, and in 2015 we executed an MBO, buying out the investors and becoming the owners of the business we had led to success. Since then Cityscape has grown from 30 to nearly 70 people and we have pioneered many of the industry’s most significant developments including the use of game engine software to transform the way real estate is developed and marketed. My kids are all teenagers now and the studio in my back garden gets to see 1 new sculpture or painting made maybe once a year, but I’m not quite done yet with my ambitions to innovate creatively in the property industry!
