Sales & Account Manager
The Account Manager is responsible for managing, developing and maintaining a company's customers, and for consolidating the corporate business. Its main task is to manage the relationships between the company and the customers, for which it is a point of reference. The Account Manager works closely with the sales manager or the Industry Manager, and is the link between the sales department and customer needs. He is an employee and not a freelancer, and it is this characteristic that makes him different from a sales agent.
