I am the Managing Director of One to One Hundred, a technology-led creative agency specialising in strategy, brand and 3D rendering for property developments and architecture-related businesses. Since founding the company in 2004 with friend and business partner, Jamie Holmes, I have poured myself into our company and becoming a better businessperson and an expert in design and marketing.
I completed a Bachelor of Architecture in 2003 and then an Executive MBA in 2011, both from Auckland University. In the following year I launched an ambitious (but ultimately flawed) tech startup, Little Lot, which I ran in tandem with One to One Hundred until mid-2015. Despite raising a significant amount of seed capital, winning numerous tech awards and pivoting into two different verticals, we couldn't quite make the business model work. Perhaps in the right market with a lot of capital behind us - or with a major media partner, things may have been different.
Combining property expertise, 3D animation and creative services, One to One Hundred is a unique offering in the New Zealand market. Our clients are drawn to our ability to leverage these different specialisations to deliver a cohesive and compelling brand experience. Our talented team have won multiple awards, and our range of innovative services continues to grow every year. We have recently become a company of 20 people with a client base that includes many of the country's biggest developers, architects, real estate agencies and aged care providers.
I am excited about our contribution to the built environment of New Zealand and always eager to get more involved. If you think we could be of service, I'd love to hear from you.
