This 3d architectural visualization project involves the creation of four photorealistic exterior renderings for a conceptual architectural project designed by Belgian architectural bureau A2M in partnership with JAA Architects and ITA Engenharia.

The building complex, designed to house the headquarters of the state government of São Paulo, Brazil, combines office space, retail space, mixed-use facilities and common spaces for employees and visitors over 210,817 m² (or 2,269,215 ft²).

The building concept is based on advanced sustainable architecture principles such as Passive House standards, the pursuit of CO2 neutrality and the circular economy, with BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum, LEED Platinum and FitWel 3 stars certifications, emphasising integration with nature and a regenerative approach to design.

Our 3d visualizations depict the unique architectural appearance of the complex, which aims to be an example of energy efficient and environmentally responsible construction in Brazil.

The glass facade of an office building is a hallmark of modern architecture and innovative design. Its main advantage lies in providing a sense of visual lightness and transparency, creating an open and spacious atmosphere. With an abundance of natural light, a glass facade enhances productivity and well-being, fostering a comfortable work environment.

Thanks to advanced glass technologies, modern facades combine aesthetics with functionality. Energy-efficient glazing helps regulate thermal insulation, reducing heating and cooling costs. Additionally, the transparency of the glass facilitates a visual connection between the interior space and the surrounding environment, whether it's the urban landscape or nature.

Beyond its visual appeal, glass facades can incorporate high-tech features such as sun protection systems, sound insulation, and even smart technologies like automatic shading or temperature control. This makes the glass facade not only a design element but also a tool for promoting sustainability and boosting the building's efficiency.

This is Andropov's Villa. Andropov was a Soviet president before Gorbachev. The villa was built in the late 1970s for the president and his close party members to relax. Over the years, it served as a mid-range hotel, but the new owner has decided to restore the buildings and add new facilities, including a swimming pool and a cinema. The goal is to elevate the hotel's level, making it a unique and interesting project.

The aquatic center at Parc des Sports de Marville in La Courneuve stands out for its fluid lines and striking presence, equipped with cutting-edge facilities for swimming and water polo during the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, as well as vibrant leisure spaces. More than a residential complex, Au Fil de L’Eau is a celebration of balanced living where modernity and nature coexist. Located in Poisy, the project integrates four buildings with a traditional architectural style, highlighted by a combination of off-white / sandy tones and light wood. Additionally, the proximity to the ruisseau des Glaves adds a calming natural element to the residence, enriching the development with a heritage dimension.

The former warehouse district of Fulton Market in central Chicago has become a hip corporate and entertainment area, with restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, trendy boutiques and cocktail bars.
With designs by Chicago natives HPA - Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, developers Fulton Street Cos. and JDL Development presented their plans for a two-tower mixed-use development at 1200 W. Fulton to the local community, with the help of visuals created by Brick.
