Architect Engineer NTUA Dimitris Sagonas is an architect with international and Greek competition awards. Member of the Hellenic Institute of Architecture & the Technical Chamber of Greece. 1st International Prize for thesis Project [project link] Cultural Association Simonetta Bastelli - September 2013 Co-authors: Aris Kafantaris, Vassiliki Koliaki 2nd Prize for the Faliron Landmark Design [project link] 2nd Honourable Mention for the redesign of an existing building into the archailogical thematic museum of Piraeus Dimitris Sagonas, is also is a member in a new awarded company, citytales, with a mission to make architecture accessible by creating new ways to explore our cities. We aim to redefine the relation of people with buildings and the urban fabric, restore the public’s interest towards the forces that shape the built environment and rekindle the discourse on living history. Finally, is a member of a creative cooperative of experience architects, weRender , based in Athens, which they craft detailed 3d models and atmospheric visualizations to finely illustrate architectural spaces and objects of industrial design.
