I started to looking at some references material regarding interesting streets point of view, and especially the pictures about the 5th avenue caught my attention.

I have designed the scene like the references photos, trying to respect as much as I could the original shape of the buildings and the environment.

I wanted also to create particular kind of atmosphere, this to give the work more contemporary and dramatic characteristic aspect, based on the attacks that New York had to face.

It’s properly this aspect that gives the image its name.

The story around this photo is represented by a journalist who is moved away by cops, while taking a picture of a crime scene.

This family house in Bratislava, Slovakia, by JRKVC inspired us to try to illustrate it's simple beauty. As we got to work, it was like entering a modern fairytale: Once upon a time, there was a family and they had a house.......

We modeled the house and set up materials in SketchUp and 3dsmax, used a bit of Forest pack, rendering was done in
V-ray, and postproduction in Photoshop.
