think that every studio or freelancer faces a situation when he must wait for a response from the client, feedback, brief, or simply has a break of several days between projects. We decided to take this situation into a challenge. Below we present the effects of our work on a side project made in between the time from a few weeks.

The main aim was the most detailed and as realistic as possible CGI recreation of the existing Redwood House located in San Diego, designed by Jeff Svitak. An important inspiration was the photographs of Onnis Luque.

Large-scale visualization of a residential area in the United States. The modern architecture of the houses fits perfectly the picturesque nature of Michigan. Light and warm shades of the decoration of the facades create a pleasant atmosphere. For the project presentation, we've prepared 2 visuals, the first one was just a single residential house and the second one - visualization of the whole residential area from a bird's eye view. The visualization of this residential area looks very attractive. When you see it, you want to live your life there.

This piece was created for a competition. The idea was to create something between a utopia and dystopia, some super technical hi-end stuff with human imperfection which makes it a little disturbing. I think it's all self-explanatory. Hope you like it!

This is one image from my entry in Ronen Bekerman's Cabins 3d Challenge. The goal was to visualize the prefab cabin in a location of choice. My design is placed in Icelandic Thórsmörk and I made several different scenes to show various aspects of the place (from quite barren hills to thick woody areas). The cabins themselves are formed as white ephemeral monoliths, contrasting with the organic surrounding and being something between the reminiscence of the ancient dwelling built around the fireplace and the idea of Nordic gods standing in the row on a mountain ridge.
The project is full CGI, including the landscaping in the backgrounds.
