Inspired by the seamless integration of architecture and nature, this non-commercial visualization takes cues from Setouchi by Not a Hotel designed by BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group. The design embodies a serene retreat where modern architecture gently coexists with its natural surroundings, offering a peaceful escape with panoramic views.

Through detailed rendering and a focus on blending form with the landscape, this project explores the potential for immersive, sustainable design that fosters a deep connection to the environment.

"WADI" is a captivating image that artfully combines the timeless beauty of the Wadi mountains with the modern elegance of a mirrored glass building. "His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck of the Kingdom of Bhutan officially unveils Gelephu Mindfulness City - a new economic hub in the South of Bhutan, designed according to the country's Gross National Happiness principles, culture, and strong spiritual heritage.

Designed by BIG , Arup and Cistri, the 1000+ km2 masterplan aims to lay the foundation for the country’s future growth, creating opportunities for the Bhutanese people through investments in green technology, education, and infrastructure. The masterplan includes a new international airport, railway connections, a hydroelectric dam, public spaces and a language for local building typologies” - Bjarke Ingels Group

We collaborated with BIG and Squint/Opera, merging creative expertise together to bring to life the visionary Gelephu Mindfulness City project. Our team played a crucial role in vividly portraying the project's essence and aspirations, enriching its overall narrative.

Project

The Universal Peace Sanctuary will be built in Lumbini, Nepal, with a mission to facilitate peaceful coexistence with each other, the environment, while fostering inner peace on an individual level. The sanctuary will house conferences, symposia, artistic projects and a museum that holds a unique collection of artifacts and texts related to the topic of peace.

We teamed up with Weby Agency to create a series of images representing the sanctuary that fuses tradition and technology in timeless purity. It has been a great pleasure and an honor to use our talents to visualize an organization with a meaningful agenda – helping manifest peace on earth.

These are more than 20 images from a project developed for my portfolio @rubensvieira. The architecture is by the UK studio FOF Studio. The interior design was based on the Scandinavian style, with a predominance of white, with a green touch of plants added to wooden patterns. Hope you like it.
