About Luca DiSomma
Architect My name is Luca Catello Di Somma and I’m a qualified Architect RIBA Part III, ARB registered. I received my Masters in Architecture (with Distinction) in 2011 at the University of Dundee. I have had the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects in the past four years working within professional practices. These projects range from affordable housing, student accommodations and masterplanning, to listed building refurbishments, office designs and universities. As an Architect, my main involvement in these projects has been through conceptual ideas, space planning, urban design, facade design and detailing, infographics and 3D imagery. Throughout my education and continuing into my work as an Architect, I've has been growing and refining my skills as a 3D artist. I've built up a list of high profile clients that have commended him on his eye for detail and visual aesthetic. Each new visual offers him the opportunity to learn new skills and test new ways of visually representing architecture in a 2D space. I enjoy producing, learning and composing visuals in his spare time. My passion for this medium pushes me to research new methods on how visuals are developed and rendered. From this passion, I have an extensive knowledge of Sketch-up, 3d Studio Max, and Photoshop.
