Rhino, 3ds Max, Photoshop

Hey guys, I am a 2nd year Architecture student at Vic Uni and this is my first attempt at using Rhino and Max together. This is also my first attempt at using environments in 3ds Max too.

Constructive critisism is welcome. Any ideas as to how I can make this more realistic? Make it look less flat?
