I was inspired by these vendors that had stands in the New York subway, I couldn't imagine working underground, with the noise and the heat. But it's amazing how humans adapt to sell their wares, wherever their customers are. That's what inspired me to make this image, all 3D, except for the street vendor. That's a photo of the man who inspired me to make this image.

What surprised me most about this piece was the development of the creative throughout this piece, what originally started as clean setup to showcase furniture, turned into this eclectic collection of objects, dark moody lighting and a stormy backdrop. Perhaps I subconsciously lean towards this sort of drama because it would never fly in my commercial work, who knows. I'm in the process of putting together a making of, lot's of interesting techniques involved, and it's about time I gave back to this industry that's giving so much to me. Thanks for looking.
