Together with a top-class creative team, LBBW Immobilien has set about giving Stuttgart’s city center a facelift. The somewhat outdated buildings along Eberhardstrasse 18-22 are giving way to a sophisticated building ensemble that harmoniously combines modern and sustainable construction with the historic gabled architecture of Stuttgart’s old town. This looks really good, and not just because of the beautiful natural stone façade, and provides the district with state-of-the-art residential and commercial space. We contributed a comprehensive package of interior and exterior visualizations and supported the marketing team with the interior design.

The high-quality architectural visualizations are part of a comprehensive communication campaign that made waves far beyond Stuttgart’s borders and was very well received. Not only was the public informed about the prestigious project early and extensively, but the commercial units were also quickly marketed successfully.

This is my latest CGI project. Usually, I like to talk about my works and the ideas behind but this is the only work that I couldn't explain So I will leave this quote from Utopia novel for 𝗔𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗮𝘄𝗳𝗶𝗸 who has predicted our future as if it had been experienced before.

"Just remember that things were constantly getting worse... and every time the difference between yesterday and today was slight. So one closes their eyes every night and murmurs: Is this life? Life is still possible if you can find food, shelter, and some medicine.So let it be tomorrow... then you wake up one day to realize that life is impossible, and that you are unable to secure tomorrow's sustenance or shelter."
