This image was worked on by myself and Chris Little. We worked on this for about a week and a half. We took an existing model of a street scene we already had, but modified it significantly. Most of the detailed modelling, textures, and Photoshop you see here were done for CG awards competition. We used 3ds Max, Vray, and Photoshop. Please feel welcome to give feedback.

Modeling of the room very simple
The materials are by Arroway textures.

For lighting I used three VRayLight:
two windows and one behind the camera ...
Rendering engine Vray2.30 "IRRAD-Light" computation time nearly 4 hours in A2 format 200dpi
Post production in photoshop.
