Hi, I'd like to share our last work. It's a house in Mallorca (Spain). The architectural project is ours too.
First time we've used HDRI for illumination and we're very happy with the results. We've also add multiscatter to our workflow for vegetation, good results but we've to improve rendering time optimization.

Workflow:
2D CAD - 3DMax 2009 - Vray - Photoshop
6 days project, including 3 days of interior design changes

One of my first big projects with our work group specialized in hospital and healthcare. Which was interesting considering including 3D images in there budget is extremely rare.

Overall a okay feeling I think, I put some effort in the choice of characters but the rendering is lacking in many aspects - especially the textures on the floor.

The project itself went well and are progressing towards completing.
