These 3D renderings present interiors of a house in Gessie Villastadt. The space is designed on a completely open plan with minimal number of enclosed rooms. The concept is characterized with an elimination of barriers such as walls and doors which are traditionally responsible for separating different functional areas like the kitchen, living room or dining room; and is of a very high interest especially among young, contemporary architects. Moreover, such concept gives plenty of opportunities for limitless interior design.

The 3D visualizations show bright and clean interiors, in which contrastive furnishings and accessories create its own individually designed style. A Simple, dark fireplace is situated in the middle of the open space, providing the possibility of enjoying the relaxing ambiance and heat to everyone spending their time on the ground floor.

A large, white staircase leads to the upstairs zone, which is organised in a similar way as that downstairs, offering plenty of room, which, because of the white colour, feels even bigger than it actually is. An additional advantage of this space is the indoor balcony overlooking the main floor. The bathroom is designed in a rather uni-colour fashion, while the plants placed on the windowsill give a refreshing pop of colou. White tiles perfectly match the grey flooring and as there is no particular texture over them, they are glossy, creating a seamlessly modern atmosphere of the room.

As the Viscato 3D artists have shown through these renders, the white palette never fails in providing an interior with simple elegance. Large windows on both floors, together with roof windows let in natural light, giving a fresh look to the entire design. Furthermore, they do not only illuminate the house, but also save a lot of energy.

Our newest project of the YMCA Campus was prepared with a slightlz different attitude, as it is not a typical housing estate district. The premises consists of six buidlings varying in sizes and shapes, from little cabins to two-storey facilities with a big yard in the central part.

The mission YMCA is to gather young people together. That is why all the buidings facades face each other creating a feeling of unity and society. The campus is surounded with acres of beautiful nature; Numerous trees, bushes, rocks and even a lake, which is easily accessible straigtht from the pier. The wooden elevation of all buildings, painted in the colour of brick and completed with white decorative elements gives an impression of contrast, however it still nicely harmonises with the background. One of the most unusual and surprising building materials used in this project is grass, which was placed on the roofs of the cabins.

The aims of the Association is to develop healthy body, mind and spirit, and to empower young people. This cannot be achieved without proper athletic activities organised on the nerby outdoor playing area. Capacious terraces form a relaxation zone and encourage youth to build lifelong relationships and experience unforgetable moments.
