Respira Palermo

"Respira Palermo" is a residential project located in the heart of the vibrant Palermo neighborhood, Buenos Aires. My work as a Visual Interpreter was to capture the flexibility of the spaces and generate suitable environments for the target client, conveying the atmosphere and lifestyle offered by this high-quality development, designed by the prestigious architectural firm Ritcher Dahl Rocha and commissioned by our strategic client, Real Estate Developers.

The main objective was to create visualizations that highlighted the integration of spaces and the connection with the urban environment. Special attention was paid to natural lighting, materials, and composition to achieve a level of photorealism that would allow viewers to virtually experience the project.

One of the main challenges was to capture the flexibility of the spaces and adapt them to the target client. Special attention was paid to the distribution of spaces, lighting, and furniture selection to create environments that fit the needs and preferences of the target audience. In particular, significant effort was dedicated to showcasing the use and functionality of the common spaces, highlighting how these contribute to the residents' quality of life and reflect the construction quality and design of the Ritcher Dahl Rocha studio.
