The opportunities and limitations of the area have determined the squared shape of the 23-storied office building with the total area of 40000 square meters. Therefore the main subject of designing was the external covering or «skin». Not to resort to the simplest ways of finish we decided to «paint» the building using the broken rhythm of windows. Such a perforation covers all the facades and reminds of roughly stretched fabric. Thus the covering seems to be pulsing. The public spaces of the office building are emphasized by niches and consoles from different materials at the facade.
