The visualizations made in 3ds Max present a corner building with white elevation. The building stands out from the others nearby thanks to the additional storey arranged on the attic. It is a great idea to create a unique space with a beautiful top floor view from the windows. The roof tiles colour is the same as of the gutters and matches the window frames. The building creates a nice contrastive block perfectly paired with the surrounding buildings, even though its top floor is organized in a different way.
There are also balconies placed in the corner of the building and the street at the same time, they give an opportunity to have a view on two different streets. Additionally, large windows let in plenty of natural light which is important, especially in such congested areas of the city. For the apartments with the view on the patio, the investors also offer balconies, which are even bigger than those located in the street side. Moreover, this side is much quieter an offer much more privacy.
In the renderings you can also see there are some garages on the ground floor with an easy access straight from the street, and two more in the patio of the building.
