After its current incarnation as Old Tom’s Gin Bar, the bar in Lower Briggate in Leeds is to be relaunched with a clean, sleek and atmospheric new look with laid-back seating, contemporary artwork and a remodelled bar. The bar team are creating a list of liqueurs, spirits and cocktails from around the world based on the concept of “hedonist” Olivia who is described as having an “admirable balance of strength and femininity”.
