3D Studio Max
Here is a 3D model of a proposed urban expansion. With 3D Previsualization, the developer has the freedom to swap in other housing types, experiment with numerous foliage options and revise the street layout - all in a virtual world. Looks like a nice community to live in! The modeling was done in 3D Studio Max 8, the texturing was done in Adobe Photoshop 6 and the lighting was done in VRay 1.4.
