A classical gem in the heart of the city
CONCEPT
I teamed up with an interior design friend for this freelance project.
After she told me a few words about it, I immediately became very excited as I always find it challenging to create something outside of my comfort zone.
The subject was a renovation of an old apartment of 90 m2 which is located in the prestigious district V of Budapest, Hungary, near the Hungarian Parliament, in a small, calm street. The buildings and streets of this area represent the classic architectural style that was typical in Europe's larger cities in the mid-1800s, so we had to blend these traditional, elegant attributes with modern elements perfectly so that the result will be coherent, both aesthetically and functionally.
My main task was to visualize the space designed by her. During the project we worked closely together to ensure that the space created in 3D fully matches with her vision and also meets the client's expectations and needs in the perfect way.

DETAILS
The final look loves to use classic elements such as decorative wall and ceiling framing, marble, gold, wood and presents them in a novel, modern, playful yet elegant look, mixed with smoked glass, organic but simple shapes and contemporary art spiced up with some little gags.
