New headquarters of Fecomércio, Sesc e Senac do Rio Grande do Sul - Brazil. This project was subject of competition won by our office Estúdio 41 and the construction will be complete at 2017. The animation was made using the model BIM made in revit (once the project were entirely made in it, no adicional modeling was needed). Render using (the each time better) Lumion (version 3). Post in after effects. Hope you enjoy!
