Yet another project from Ronander & Laursen which amazes us with a very uncommon design of a housing estate, where you may find red colored wooden facade.
The structure itself is preserved in very simple shapes with no overwhelming quantity of finishing, which we should definitely look for in architectural design these days. The color used for the facade with greyish roofing, beige brickworks, and white elements perfectly harmonize with each other. The project includes arranged outdoor space for each dwelling, allowing residents to enjoy sunny days outside, peacefully browning their skin in the warmth of the sunlight.You may find roofed parking with similar design situated next to the estate.
Already mentioned facade creates a very interesting opposition to vegetation you can find in almost all visualizations we prepared for this company. The project seems to focus all attention on the structures but on the other hand, there is a lot of bushes, trees, and scrubs which allows the dwellers to enjoy the natural and green surrounding. Such a view from your living room would compensate even the toughest days at work. It is also worth mentioning that your children would have the opportunity to spend more time outside playing with friends living next door.
