So many pubs closing in the UK, as our social habits change. Many take up large plots with their car parks, and this one from the 60's in Havant was no exception.
Modeled earlier this year in ArchiCAD, rendered in Maxwell 2.7, finished in Photoshop where I added sky and background, and tweaked the foreground by dropping in a photo of grass rather than rely on CGI.
Commercial work for sales brochure and web.
Feedback appreciated, as I think my renders are not as good as they could be, especially after perusing the gallery here! I know this is architecturally a rather humble build, but I'd be interested to hear how I could make it better. I am rather an old school illustrator, and struggle with CGI technology! What are peoples thoughts of modelling in ArchiCAD and rendering in Maxwell?
