Kitchen Remodel

This was a very simple set of renders to illustrate the space and feel of a kitchen remodel.  Color palette and material choices are intentionally neutral as this remodel is intended to prep the house for sale.  Previous kitchen was partially torn out from storm damage (roof leak from hail storm) and re-route of 1st floor HVAC ducting (previous supply ducts were underneath foundation slab feeding floor registers.  Ducts were 25+ years old and would fill with water during rain storms).  3ds Max and Vray NEXT GPU

Previous kitchen layout had lots of dead space and door swings that blocked movement.  New layout maximizes storage space, emphasizes kitchen triangle, and adds raised breakfast nook countertop.  Renders below are cutaways used for dimensioning cabinetry.
