3DS Max + Vray + Photoshop
This is simple small villa in Australia :). It has a 1400 square metres at all. The garrage takes 620 m2 from that size. The owner likes fast (and expensive) cars. The house looks like it is more for cars than for owner himself :o). There was pretty lot of modelling, but I liked it. It was something different than the other visualizations.
