After the megalomaniacal structure in southern Tel Aviv has suffered a deep failure, many theoretical projects were designed to try and fix the criminal negligence, the destruction of the neighborhoods surrounding it and the economic damage it caused .
This project proposes to ventilate the vast and dark structure by subtracting and opening up the spaces, converting them into studios for creation: dance, painting, music, etc. The game between the interior and exterior is intensified by a warm-wood skin that paints a pleasant and interesting interior patio.
