A developer needed some loose renderings to help attract investors. He didn’t have any designs, drawings or sketches… just an overall concept. He needed a large football stadium, adjacent convention center and hotel tower.
The design and renderings were created by myself using SketchUp, Shaderlight, and Photoshop. Eight renderings were created over a 1 week period… it was a marathon.
