This design was done for Mucho Gusto Enterprises and was designed by Johannas Design Group. It cleverly mixes a modern side facing the river with a more traditional brick facade facing the neighborhood behind. By designing the building like this the historic neighborhood would only see a building that blends well with the surrounding structures, while the condo units would have upscale modern design with large windows overlooking the river.
