So do I get this right? It is done in Cry engine, meaning you could walk through it like a videogame? In that quality?

Yes indeed, you understand correctly. This was a graduation project with the goal to create an architectural visualisation by using my skills I developed during the course. I studied "Game Architecture and Design" at the NHTV in Breda, Netherlands.

I'm jealous! Sadly, I haven't been able to see it with my own eyes. But hopefuly in the future I get the opportunity to go and see it.

About this project

A video of my Graduation Project that focused on Architecture and Environments.
It shows the beauty of the Boroujerdi house based in Kashan, Iran. It is built in a hot/arid climate, where temperatures tent to raise during the day. This building uses several clever techniques to keep the temperature low. Those that stand out are the windtowers and impressive roof work that catches the wind from every direction. The courtyard also contributes to the coolness. Besides the functionality of this building it also has beautiful stucco works and impressive wall paintings, that makes this building a true masterpiece of Persian traditional residential architecture.
