Arch Viz
VR "Game" The Spooky Corridor
Hello all,
I hope you are doing well.
Well.. what can I say? All this quarantine situation sucks. My son (8) was bored for ten days in quarantine, so we decided to make fun!
I had a corridor mesh from my real estate archviz project and we put it in VR scene- we have an Oculus at home.
I showed my son how to put in scene Quixel Megascans and he was having so much fun with it. All texturing and design were done by him. This is crazy easy now with UE5! I just added decals and put all colors in harmony.
I remade a Demon from Aaron Neal (thanks a lot) and redone idle animation for UE5.
Then we were messing with lighting, Niagara, game modes, oculus, etc.
And that's all. VR is playing- the kid is having fun.
I made video sequences with a "camera shake" and edit them in DaVinci.
Video from Oculus is from a level of my son.
I hope you are doing well.
